Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available only to approved retailers, specialty stores, online retailers, and qualified trade professionals.
Jan Leslie reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any wholesale account at its sole discretion.
Account Application
Submission of a wholesale application does not guarantee approval.
Applicants must provide accurate business information, including resale documentation when requested.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices displayed on the wholesale website are confidential and intended solely for approved wholesale customers.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise approved in writing:
- Orders are prepaid by credit card.
- Approved Net Terms may be extended to select accounts at Jan Leslie's sole discretion.
- Late payments may result in suspension of account privileges.
Minimum Orders
Jan Leslie reserves the right to establish and modify minimum opening orders and reorder requirements at any time.
Shipping
Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Special Orders
Custom-made, personalized, modified, or special-order merchandise is non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary.

Product Representation
Reasonable variations in color, natural stones, hand-finishing, enamel work, and other handcrafted elements are considered normal characteristics and not defects.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, product designs, trademarks, logos, marketing materials, and website content remain the property of Jan Leslie Corporation.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.
Online Sales
Retailers may not sell Jan Leslie products on third-party marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms without prior written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
Jan Leslie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of its products.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure
Jan Leslie shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, or supplier delays.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Nassau County, New York.
Modifications
Jan Leslie may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the wholesale website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
